I had a wonderful weekend.  It was filled with wonderful hang outs with friends and long talks into the night.  It was filled with loads of pictures and fun with family.

Farewell to Winter

This is a picture that I took when I was on a high school trip to Russia in 2007. I'd never lives anywhere with snow and so it fascinated me.
I'm hoping that this little farewell to winter will help my least favorite season realize that it has over stayed its welcome.

Slice of Life Saturday: Bright Night Hike

After it snows, and the ground is covered, it is very hard to sleep at night.  The light it bouncing off of everything. One night, I crept out of the house in the middle of the night with my camera and had some fun walking around and taking pictures in the low light.  It was so much fun.

Hawaii Update

I'm having so much fun out here. It is the 3rd day and I have about 500 pictures so far. I don't know when I'm going to have the time to work on all of these when I get home. I worked on a few the other night. Enjoy!

Pre-Hawaii

Well, my husband and I are headed to Hawaii with his family tomorrow!  I'm so excited for some amazing picture opportunities.  Who thinks that I travel to much?  I'm starting to think so.

Hopefully this will be a great trip before a dry spell.  But I have some photos for you from when I went with my family in the summer of 2006 with my Sanyo!  I don't miss that little point and shoot but we had some good times.

New York City Trip

It has been a month since my return from New York City. I headed out there with some of my friends. I'm sorry to say that I wasn't really concentrating on taking artistic pictures but more of scrapbook/memory pictures.

Friday Flashback: Russia Trip

My Senior year of high school I had the great opportunity to go on a trip to Mother Russia. It was an awesome trip to say the least. I was going through some of my pictures from the trip and thought that I would share. These pictures were actually with my first digital camera! It was a Sanyo point and shoot with about 4mp so forgive the quality.
