Senior Pictures: {N} Poulson

I was lucky enough this weekend to take graduation pictures of one of my oldest friends.  {N} and I were friends when we were in the 1st grade!  Oddly enough, our lives have continues to cross paths even with moves around the world.  We are both living in Utah right now and she is graduating from BYU in a matter of weeks!  I'm so excited for her!

I saw my puppy dog sleeping in the sun and I couldn't resist taking pictures of him.

I had a wonderful weekend.  It was filled with wonderful hang outs with friends and long talks into the night.  It was filled with loads of pictures and fun with family.

Farewell to Winter

This is a picture that I took when I was on a high school trip to Russia in 2007. I'd never lives anywhere with snow and so it fascinated me.
I'm hoping that this little farewell to winter will help my least favorite season realize that it has over stayed its welcome.

I have two Indian dresses that I got while I was overseas but I have no real reason to wear them.  I decided to pull one of them out and take some pictures.

I use to think that snow all the way in March was crazy.  How could there be snow all the way in March?

Slice of Life Saturday: Thrift Store Buys

The past two days I have been thrift store shopping and loving it!  I thought that I would take pictures of some of my finds and show them to you.

(02) I love tins! This one is from 1995 but it has a vintage print from 1935.

Natural Light Studio

I have been having a blast with my make shift Natural Light Studio in my kitchen. I was taking pictures of tons of stuff to practice and I really loved the way they turned out.

Black/White Assignment

I have been loving my black and white class. At the same time, I'm ready to get out of the dark room. I mean, I love the dark room, don't get me wrong. But after spending two full days working on making prints for two projects, I'm ready to go back to digital. There is definitely something to say for making the prints and seeing them appear in the developer.

If you ever get a chance to take a film class, DO IT!!
